I have explored C a lot, D quite a bit (and it's mostly affordable), B is tempting but not sure I'll ever be able to afford to explore Norway or Iceland properly so A is the clear winner on cost. also Faroe, most of Denmark, a little Sweden, Scottish islands, so much to see ๐
