Tip for dealing with over-confident people: it's usually based on a series of assumptions. Target the discussions at those assumptions rather than the overconfidence or lack of competence. #mtpcon

Loved this one as I spend my day on Teams. How to appear confident in a virtual setting? Speak when you have something to say. Especially virtually, if you speak and aren’t providing value that won’t make you feel or appear confident. Show you are an active listener. #mtpcon
