Last week I visited our Dalton, Georgia campus, a project I’m incredibly proud of.
Phase 2 is well underway, and the speed and quality of what we are delivering to our first customer here is a direct reflection of how this company executes.
Seeing the scale and progress in person never gets old.
The largest building in our portfolio. To complete 185MW on this timeline requires consistent execution, and that's what you see on display in Pecos, TX!
Another milestone at our Pecos, Texas campus.
We recently celebrated the topping off ceremony, marking the completion of the highest point of the structural frame and a significant step forward in the construction process.
The work does not stop here, now it's time for the interior work and equipment installation.
Years in Marble have taught us the importance of strong relationships with our neighbors. Rick is a great example of what that looks like in practice.
Livestock and data centers might not seem like an obvious pairing, but at our Marble, North Carolina campus, they coexist just fine.
Local farmer Rick has been grazing his cattle on 30 acres of our property right next to the data center. In his words, he enjoys progress and is glad to see the work being done at the campus.
We believe in being good neighbors. We're glad Rick is one of ours.
Excited to welcome Jay to the Core Scientific executive team. Looking forward to the expertise he'll bring as we continue to grow and build out our commercial operations.
Core Scientific appoints Jay Elms as Chief Commercial Officer.
Jay brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience in the data center industry. He will be responsible for growing customer relationships and overseeing the customer experience from initial engagement through deployment.

Another campus fully complete and delivered to our client. Proud of what our team has built and could not be more thankful for the community of Marble who welcomed us all the way back in 2018!
Our Marble, North Carolina campus delivers ~65 megawatts of billable AI-ready capacity. The campus features an advanced closed loop water cooling system, which can operate for up to 20 years after initial fill without requiring additional water.
The site is also strategically connected to regional fiber networks, providing resilient, low latency access to key markets including Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, and Knoxville.
Now that the campus is complete and has been turned over to our customer, we recently hosted an opening event with members of the local community. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and look forward to sharing more from the day soon.
Muskogee on its way to 1GW.
On track. On schedule. On mission. This is what execution looks like at @Core_Scientific.
Construction at our Pecos, Texas site is moving full speed ahead, and we remain on track for delivery of the first tranche in early 2027.
Five months ago, this campus was dirt. Today, we're installing the first data hall's chillers.
This is what execution looks like. As we continue to scale, Pecos is a clear signal of our commitment to delivery and expansion.
Great weekend in Minnesota with @TeamRonCapps. Always good to see them in action and experience the energy of NHRA race weekend firsthand. Proud of what they are building together.
Performance at this level takes precision, preparation and an exceptional team.
Our CEO Adam Sullivan got to experience NHRA first-hand over the weekend and spent time meeting with the team at @TeamRonCapps on what it takes to compete at the highest level.
The most valuable arrangements in this market aren't one-off transactions. They're the ones with the potential for significant expansion over time.
Our partnership with AMD reflects that potential.
The scale of our infrastructure contract with AMD is significant, but so is the opportunity for long-term expansion.
A look at the details:
• 530 MW initial deployment
• Additional 2.0 GW expansion opportunity
• Capacity across five campuses
• 15-year agreements
• Delivery for AMD expected to begin in early 2027
• Full 530 MW delivered by the end of 2028
With this agreement, Core Scientific now has $24 billion in total contracted customer revenue and 1.1 GW of contracted capacity across two customers, each committed to 500+ MW across five campuses.
Over the past year, our team has delivered at scale, moving from contract execution to construction, energization, and revenue generation across multiple sites. We're currently ahead of schedule, with nearly 440 megawatts of AI capacity billing as of mid-July 2026.
I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished. As we look ahead, our focus remains clear: execute on our existing commitments, continue expanding with our current customers, and grow our platform to serve new ones.
The completion of our Polaris DS acquisition is another important step in the continued growth of Core Scientific and our Muskogee campus.
Through site acquisitions this year, we've added more than 600 MW of leasable power to our portfolio as we continue to execute our long-term growth strategy.

Important perspective from NVIDIA highlighting the facts around water usage in modern data centers.
As technology evolves, so does the infrastructure that powers it. The industry has an opportunity, and responsibility, to better educate the public on how today's facilities are designed for greater efficiency and sustainability.
At Core Scientific, we're committed to helping lead that conversation with transparency and data-driven insights.
Water usage has been a hot topic in the AI data center world, but the numbers may surprise you.
According to the Manhattan Institute, data centers use 0.2 percent of daily water usage in the U.S. and that number has dramatically decreased in the past few years due to a new method: liquid cooling.
By moving to 45°C liquid cooling, AI factories in favorable climates can use dry coolers instead of conventional cooling-tower-based systems, cutting facility cooling water use from roughly 2.6M gallons per MW per year to near zero.
Liquid cooling enables AI factories to be both water and energy efficient, while creating opportunities for heat reuse and dispersal to local communities, allowing these factories to become energy grid assets.
