The footage shows a Black man approach a white Toyota SUV, tries the doors and bangs on a window. The confrontation escalates and he pulls the woman out, shoves her, hits her as she fights back. She manages to get inside... ...and he opens the door and pulls her out AGAIN, this time his hands go around her neck ..again, this is happening in broad daylight The woman eventually gets the door locked and the man walks into the convenience store. When he comes back out and passes the SUV, the driver, a White man opens fire on the Black man. NBC reports the driver stayed at the scene and the man who was sh0t is in critical condition.
