His entire speech was scribbled on a single sheet of paper with swirls and dashes and arrows pointing all over the place. When he spoke he was succint. "If you want to fail, no one will get in your way. They'll hold the door open for you. " But if you want to achieve "you'll have the wind in your face all the time. It's hard work keeping going.
