Ilma Afroz is an officer we see as Heroes in our movies. At one of the events, where we both were speakers, she REFUSED all token of gifts from the organisers, saying that she can’t accept them in her official position. I had never seen any govt officer like her before. Not to mention, her humble background and phenomenal struggle.
Corrupt politicians and bureaucrats see such honest officers as a threat. So, they did what they had to do.
Her name is Ilma Afroz (IPS) working as SP Baddi (HP). She has been sent on a long leave by her department because she issued offence notice to MLA Ram Kumar's JCBs and other commercial vehicles while our state government is focusing on Samosa served to the CM.
