Privacy in DeFi is usually discussed around balances and transactions.
But trading leaks much more than that.
Your order timing.
Your execution pattern.
The liquidity you interact with.
Even the sequence of actions around a trade.
Zylith is exploring a different approach on Starknet.
Instead of matching orders continuously, it batches demand into call auctions and settles at a single clearing price.
The interesting part isn't just private orders.
It's treating the entire trading process as part of the privacy surface.
Worth reading if you're interested in where private markets on Starknet could be heading.

@ZylithFi is live on @Starknet testnet.
Powered by STRK20, Starknet’s privacy framework.
Think of STRK20 like the invisibility cloak.
And think of Zylith like a private trading room using that cloak.
Instead of everyone seeing your trade in public, your order goes into a sealed box with many other orders.
It is like a classroom vote: everyone puts their paper in the box, the teacher counts everything together and only the final result is shown.
Nobody needs to know who wrote what.
Zylith does the same for trades: buyers and sellers enter a private auction and the trades are matched together. Everyone clears at one shared price.
But your personal details stay hidden.
So the simple idea is:
STRK20 gives Starknet the privacy tools.
Zylith uses those tools to make trading more private.

🚨 DeFi is entering a truly private era.
ZylithFi on Starknet has just introduced its dark pool call auction, the first fixed-epoch auction mechanism designed to keep order flow fully confidential, eliminating leakage of timing, order size, and trading patterns.
Instead of continuous order book matching, trades are matched based on aggregated supply and demand and settled at a single uniform clearing price. The result: significantly lower slippage, while front-running and copy trading become nearly impossible.
The testnet is now live. The whitepaper is public. The project has already received strong support from both the Starknet and StarkWare communities.
This marks an important milestone for private DeFi on Layer 2.
