As you may have noticed, the iron man will be at the same weekend again - accommodation is much more scarce for that reason.
We have put together a small section on this year's website that can help you find a place to stay:
zfoh.ch/zurihac2026/#accomod…
ZuriHac is free for participants. This is only possible with the help of our generous supporters, who are currently:
- @haskellfound
- @JaneStreetGroup
- @ost_fh
- @tweagio
- @welltyped
We think ZuriHac is one of the best places to recruit talented engineers. In case this interests you, please get in touch with us. We also accept individual donations by credit card or wire transfer at zfoh.ch/#donations.
ZuriHac also welcomes beginners or people unfamiliar to Haskell who are curious to learn more. There will be an organized beginners’ track, as well as many mentors from the Haskell community happy to answer all your questions.

This year’s keynote speakers include Simon Peyton Jones (one of the designers of the Haskell language), Evan Czaplicki (author of the Elm language) and Garrick Chin (author of the game “Defect Process”). Further keynote speaker and track announcements will be made on our website.
For an idea of what to expect, have a look at last year’s schedule on zfoh.ch/zurihac2025
The third and (sadly) last day of ZuriHac 2025 is starting!
In 20 minutes, Brent Yorgey's talk will start in the aula - so don't miss it.
#ZuriHac2025
At 1:30pm, the Beginner's Track led by Andres Löh will continue. Be sure to grab some lunch before - the foodtrucks are outside and waiting!
Next up is
- at 1:30 pm the Beginner's Track with Andres Löh
- at 2 pm the WASM Track with Chen SHao
Both will last 2 hours.
For more information, check out our schedule:
zfoh.ch/zurihac2025/#schedul…
We will start soon with Lennart’s keynote in the Aula. After the keynote, we’ll have an opening presentation with some practical info followed by project pitches (no need to sign up for the latter, we’ll improvise)
