I just upgraded to @ZipMessage 🎉
It's powering my async video conversations with my customers and remote team 👍

We started as a tool for async conversations.
We're growing into a true coaching solution, built on the notion that your clients deserve a better experience. And you deserve a way to scale.
That's why we're evolving from @ZipMessage to @Clarityflow.
4. Coaches handle client payments & grant access accordingly.
Forget manual invoices or handling checkout across multiple tools.
We simplify this by enabling you to take payments right in the conversational flow. Subscriptions, packages, gated access...
3. Coaches host groups, cohorts, and community.
Inviting clients to a separate forum or chatroom is clunky at best (and a ghost town at worst).
Our tool brings your client groups together in your branded space where all conversations in this group or cohort take place.
2. Coaches offer courses along with personalized coaching.
Why send clients off to a separate website for your course material, then somewhere else for coaching?
Our tool lets your clients enroll in personalized courses and ask questions all in the same *conversational flow.*
1. Coaches keep a library of reusable content.
Videos, lessons, mental models, assessments, frameworks... Your ever-growing library of coaching tools!
Our tool lets you hand-select from your library, and stay in the conversational flow with a client.
We started as a tool for asynchronous conversations.
That puts us in a unique position to deliver a ✨conversations-first✨ approach to coaching software that no other tool is designed for.
Here are some examples:
Coaches interact with clients in several ways...
- Conversations
- Courses (with coaching)
- Groups & communities
- Payment plans
But duct-taping multiple tools is clunky, at best.
Especially for the client 😞

Why the new name?
Since day 1, the most common use-case among our customers (❤️) has been coaching—async coaching, specifically.
But through (many!) conversations with coaches, it's clear that our tool is only one piece of their puzzle.
Big news! We're changing our name to @Clarityflow.
And we're just getting started...
(More details below 🧵)
New feature: Your Library 📚
Build your library of re-useable message templates and thread templates.
Use them to build interactive courses and insert into any coaching conversation.
Organize with tags.
We've launched an all-new sidebar.
- Switch betwen opened or closed mode
- Notifications and settings consolidated in one place.
- All new tagging organization throughout the app.
- New filtering options

Thanks Glann and Ayush!
A few more notes:
- If you have Looms, you can embed them directly in ZipMessage async conversations 😎
- HD video only seems to be important for some use-cases. We have many users sending video messages on Basic without issue :)
