Excited to share a new paper on the biosynthetic potential and taxonomy of the Antarctic microbiome by @MedeirosW17, with the analysis done during his visit to the Ziemert Lab! doi.org/10.1128/spectrum.002…
The Ziemert lab enjoyed having @MedeirosW17 from @unicampoficial with an analysis of BGCs from metagenomic data for a year, and @MatinNuhamunada from @DTU, who worked with BGCAtlas for three months. Thank you both for your contributions, and best of luck with your theses!
