Delta Packs were promoted as a way to say thanks to the community for 10 years of Siege.
Then putting that skin at 1 in 100,000 chance of getting it is kind of a slap in the face. I'm all for rare skins, but don't put them out when you're supposed to be saying thanks

1 in 100,000 chance to get this skin in Delta Packs, AND Delta Packs have duplicates, AND Delta Packs have the exact same skins as Y10 Bravo Packs.
