Man, video games are awesome
So true
I used to be in the other camp and think that “retiring” early was an early death sentence
But that’s only true if you’re gonna sit around and watch TV and play video games all day
If you’re gonna play sports and travel and hang out with your family and friends and enjoy hobbies and volunteer and read books and just generally live a fulfilled life, then it seems close to the pinnacle of existence
The benefit is you can also always choose to work on something whenever you want too
It’s become extremely popular to pretend retiring early or being rich are unenviable.
I’ve been in the position to know many counterexamples:
-Father who sold his business & house in LA and moved family to a farm in pnw one of the happiest families I’ve seen
-Generationally wealthy family with eclectic and varied interests with good relationships to each other and lifelong friendships.
-Family member living off real estate wins and 100% present father who just does cool shit w/ kids and picks up projects when he feels like it.
-Friend whose “first act” in business allowed them to focus 100% on music and tours with their band
-Tom from MySpace
I’m not ready to hang it up, but when I am I don’t dread it be fucking bit.
i've started vibecoding/building things with AI again and it is once again absolutely blowing my mind what is possible these days
the timeline would have you believe everyone is making bank on fomo
reality is that almost nobody is
use data and information to turn your fomo into jomo and feel joy in not being a degen in the trenches 18hrs a day and almost certainly losing money
This is how many people actually make money trading on @fomo
> 375,740 people traded on fomo
> 357,528 people (95.2%) lost money or made under $100
> 3,504 people (0.9%) made more than $1,000
> 653 people (0.17%) made more than $5,000
> 229 people (0.06%) made more than $10,000
The timeline would have you thinking everyone is printing and getting rich on social trading apps, but in reality the vast majority are losing money or making almost nothing.
The best strategy is probably to use 2-3 crypto cards if you're really trying to min-max it, and use your cashback caps on all of them
Are you using a crypto card for your everyday spending?
I'm currently on 10% cashback w/ Tria by taking advantage of some of their promos
Anyone can sign up with my link and get up to 6% cashback on up to a 2k/monthly spend with their premium card: app.tria.so/c/fAj5IX8fxK
We’re entering that euphoric stage of the early bull market where “good coins” are a dime a dozen
The temptation to rotate into whatever the latest trend you see and think of is high, but be wary of over trading and death by a thousand cuts
Don’t try and catch every runner
Great insight on understanding effort differences in models for my fellow ai vibe coders still out there

Tbh I kinda felt like I was a bit out-of-it in terms of having my finger on the pulse of the crypto space for the last year or so, maybe because I haven't been in the trenches much at all, and have spent a lot more time AFK.
But it turns out, picking some conviction bets and sitting on them for a long while can have incredible results
Still holding REKT and BANKR fwiw, they remain longer term conviction bets as well, but it's nice to see the run continue for ZEC/HYPE/VVV/NEAR and now PHA and PEAQ too.
Privacy and AI coins, it appears it wasn't rocket science after all
This is the time of the market to double and triple down on conviction plays
As time goes on you’ll want to reduce risk and take profits, but we are a long way from any sort of real euphoria stages yet
0G are doing some cool things here, and i'm happy to be partnering with them to shed some light on their upcoming product launches.
The TLDR is that they're basically copying the VVV/DIEM model where you can stake 0G to unlock iAI and use that to pay for inference and more.
Think it's worth paying attention to, especially with their Infinite AI product launching in a few days, and with the mcap difference between 0G and VVV.
I'll be sharing some more in depth posts soon with more details/info on how their ecosystem works overall, so keep an eye out for those 🫡

Crypto is a miserable market 90% of the time
And it's absolutely godlike 10% of the time
Knowing this why the fuck are so many of you trying so hard to be miserable 100% of the time
Just enjoy when this shit pumps
It won't be good forever
It's simply a brief window of bliss

hey ya this is a whitehat and everything in 0x71cF3f5724bD2B72Ef6464992aCd26216DE7fe33 is safe and will be returned once they are no longer at risk
Lots of people talk about “finding your passion” and “if you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life”
I’m not sure how realistic any of that is as a long term strategy
One new idea I’m toying around with is making “doing hard work” something I’m passionate about
Whatever you do, do it well, work hard, and you’ll find all sorts of success
