🧵 1/5 It seems @ShopifyPlus support isn't very good at reading and addressing emails. I reported a bug with their duties & taxes calculator. Singapore orders no longer have a $400SGD de minimis since Jan 1st 2023. It's now $0. Yet they haven't updated their DDP tax calculator.

5/5 If @ShopifyPlus @Shopify can't get the duties & taxes calculator right and consistently updated with global de minimis and tax laws right, then they shouldn't offer it as an option. Please address this issue ASAP, as it's affecting all sellers that use D&T calculator. @tobi

I should also mention that we unknowingly covered the duties & taxes for all SG orders under $400SGD throughout the 2023 year due to Shopify not updating their ruleset.

Happy Friday! How's your BFCM shopping been this week? Decided to pull out the TGR Jane V2 CE with Clickiez today. There's just something satisfying typing on these switches. They feel like popping Snapple caps while typing. 📷: Sony a1 w/ 35mm 🎙️: RØDE TF-5 ⌨️: TGR Jane V2 CE
