Henry was addressing Fabregas on the CBS show before that Como-Leipzig game. He said “Cesc”, and followed with “sorry, ‘coach’, I shouldn't say Cesc”. That's how to show respect. Henry is part and parcel of the Como story. He's an investor and a stakeholder. He is friends with Fabregas too but in that instance, he was doing his job and Fabregas was doing his too. That mark of respect was important. I'm not sure Fabregas would care much, but Henry understood the sensitivity of that moment, and the example he had to set. That's how to lead.
