A story 🧵
When I was 5 or 6 we were going on vacation and as we were all but walking out the door my Mom handed me a couple envelopes and told me "Put these in the mailbox and put the flag up."
Dutifully, I put the envelopes to the mail box and then proceeded to 1/?
This is by far one of my proudest titles. Back to #1 is a huge accomplishment and I am so proud of our team.
Pssst thanks to @itsginnydi for shouting it out in her video "The Secret to EPIC boss battles at any level!"

🧵Thank you to everyone who filled out the TTRPG Freelancer's pay survey! I am happy to report the results!
Instead of naming and shaming companies, I thought it would be more helpful to see how our pay has changed over time and how it hasn't. Let's get into it!
ALT A chart showing TTRPG Freelancer Writing pay in buckets of Pre-2013, 2013-2017, 2017-2020, and 2021-2023. The minimum stays fairly constant while the maximum dramatically increases over time, and the median and quartiles increase somewhat.

Friends, I need your help.
As you may know, I’m a vet nurse.
In the last few years, a company called Blue Pearl has come in and purchased a huge number of local 24hr/ER hospitals in the area, and since then, the standard of care has tanked.
Hours are limited, wait times are1/4

In 2010 my brother and I started posting educational videos because we had run out of ideas for our vlog.
Today, with @ASU and @Google, we’re launching gostudyhall.com a path from YouTube to real, transferable college credit, and I want to talk about why (and how).

FACT: Paper has an AC of 11 in D&D.
FACT: a typical dump STR Wizard has barely a 1/3 chance of being able to tear a sheet of paper.
FACT: toilet paper is paper.
FACT: this is the reason all Wizards learn prestidigitaion.
