We welcome Sieun Lee to our growing Lab @MDAndersonNews with @FerKugeratski and Amari Sockwell! Look forward to seeing where her research will drive us on understanding immune-regulatory roles of CAF metabolism in cancer
The new ZanivanLab 2.0 @MDAndersonNews is growing 😃! After @FerKugeratski joining as an Instructor since day 1, we welcome Amari Sockwell as senior research assistant. And the lab is almost functional, so…lot of new research coming soon! #TME #CAF #Proteomics #metabolism

Making space for spatial biology in the clinic
Spatial transcriptomics methods have been slow to move into clinical practice, but spatial proteomics are cheaper and more scalable, and could progress faster go.nature.com/3PoWPkz
One of the best Symposium i have been to, lot of insights on the future of how to get to using proteomics into the clinics! Also excellent atmosphere, great discussion! Strongly encourage to ready it 👇🏻
The 68th Benzon Symposium report is now online in @molcellprot ! Fantastic conference that brought together top global experts in Copenhagen to translate proteomics to the clinics - from technological advances to regulatory frameworks!

📢 Hot off the press! CAFs are major regulators of the immune tumor microenvironment. In our new review we dissect a fascinating aspect of this regulation: CAF-induced physical constraints controlling T cell state and localization in solid tumours nature.com/articles/s41568-0…
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Postdoc to study the roles of CAF metabolism in the immune-tumour microenvironment using cutting-edge spatial MS proteomics workflows and patient tissue samples. Start ASAP.
