Ahem. Five years ago I wrote a column about DNA test results that showed there was a 99.999998 percent chance that Ilhan Omar and her second husband Ahmed Elmi were siblings. A few hours before we went to press my informant was arrested by Biden's FBI. Funny that.

Meet DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017-UNCENSORED-FP8: a vision-language model that sees images and generates text without the usual filters. It's abliterated, meaning fewer refusals and more direct answers. Perfect for creative and research use.

Lottery studies have also been used to see how much family wealth impacts kids' IQs.
TL;DR: It doesn't.
There is also great paper on Swedish lottery winners (perfect natural experiment), which found out that randomly increasing a person’s income does not reduce their crime rate - i.e. people don't steal BECAUSE they are poor.
There is negative correlation between income and crime, but it's not causal - it's just that third factors (like lower IQ, executive function/self-control, high impulsivity, aggressiveness, etc.) cause both criminal behaviour and lower income.
The worst housing market over the last decade is somewhere people would least expect.
Manhattan.
Values in New York County dropped by -11.9% from September 2016 to 2026, falling from 1.41M to 1.24M.
Which is an astounding -51.2% drop in inflation-adjusted terms.
Condo/co-op/townhome values inn Manhattan are now at record lows compared to incomes and rents.
Making it one of the most undervalued housing markets in America, despite it's still expensive price tag.
Values have actually started turning recently, up 3% YoY.
Meaning it could be a good time to buy in NYC.

Kansas City has the second most freeway lane-miles per capita of any American urban area with 1mil+ residents and not coincidentally is tied for the shortest average commutes

My friend’s daughter moved out of Colorado in 2014. She filed change of address forms and has tried multiple times to get off of their voter roles… because she doesn’t live there.
In the past 12 years Colorado has sent her 20 ballots anyways.
Democrats know this and they don’t fix it.

New Hampshire is the only place freedom is advancing in the entire world.
I wake up every day with a spring in my step, ready to continue the battle.
There will be set backs, but that's fine. We are inevitable. It is foretold.

JUST IN: A prime office tower in downtown Seattle just sold at a MASSIVE 84% 'discount' from its 2019 price
The 541k sq ft building sold for $48M - a measly $89 per sq ft
It last sold for $305M in 2019 - wiping out $256M in value
Here's the crazy part:
This isn't a building in some obscure location - it's a 41 story tower in the HEART of DT Seattle and underwent ~$20M in improvements in the last several years
While the building was 100% leased when sold in 2019, 50%+ of the building was vacant in 2026
Seattle is truly facing an office market apocalypse...
Stay tuned and follow for more updates on the office market meltdown

> Thousands in New Hampshire are seeing cuts to their SNAP benefits starting this month
Yes, it's true. Republicans took non citizens on off of SNAP.
I'm a Republican and I endorse this message.
Thousands in New Hampshire are seeing cuts to their SNAP benefits starting this month–all so that Republicans could give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations in their so-called Big, Beautiful Bill.
This means kids won't get school lunches and working families won't be able to put food on the table.

Remember Colorado put peepholes in the mail-in ballots? Good times.
Colorado elections are secure.
This is why they put holes in the mail in ballot envelopes: to make sure that you voted for the right person.
We wouldn't want you voting for the wrong person, would we?

I tried to report my covid vaccine reaction during covid and the freaking government site was down!
I have not seen a single news report about this.
Nor have I seen the acknowledgement of this problem in any study. Not that the numbers are good, they aren't, but how are we suppose to trust the reaction numbers when the system used to record events was literally down while they were rolling out the vaccine?
I tried for about two weeks. Finally I was able to submit some form of report.
Black TFR has fallen 22% in the US since 2017.
Biggest drops: Maine −40%, Idaho −37%, Illinois −33%, Nevada −32%, and Minnesota −31%.
Oregon and Wyoming rose, both +3%.

2 weeks of glycine + NAC restored signs of aging back to youthful levels.
Older adults (60-75) vs younger adults (30-40). The older group had:
◈ ~46% lower glutathione
◈ ~68% slower glutathione production
◈ ~55% less glycine and ~24% less cysteine, the building blocks
◈ Significantly higher oxidative damage markers
After 14 days on a megadose of glycine+NAC (100 mg/kg glycine + 133 mg/kg NAC), the older folks saw:
◈ Glutathione nearly doubled (+95%)
◈ Glutathione production more than tripled (+231%)
◈ Oxidative stress + damage markers dropped to the same levels as the young group
◈ Trend towards reduced blood sugar (improved insulin resistance)
They were indistinguishable from people 30 years younger on every one of these measures.
Oxidative stress and insulin resistance are core drivers of all aging processes. This simple combo can combat it.
