Good morning everyone! A few years ago @HighRollersDnD @DnDnDPod and @TheZoneCast inspired me to try my own DND podcast/stream, and tonight I’m running my first session as a Dungeon Master.
Not session zero yet. I’m using The Quiet Year to build the world my players will live in. I know who the big bad is and I know the general idea of what I want, I just want them to create the world my BBEG gets to terrorize them in.
Fair warning, the production value is my table dragged into my office, a camera pointed down at a poster board map, and a hand mic we pass around like a talking stick. Any DND/TTRPG content creators out there, I would love advice on how to streamline this!

Despite my current circumstances, this Saturday there will be an attempt at a world building IRL stream for an attempt at a homebrew broadcast using the quiet year map building game inspired by @TheZoneCast . Any tips on how to to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone will be appreciated! I figured set up my hand mic and let it be used as a talking stick since I am a baller on a budget at the moment
