Nigga showed da taco bell like it was some percs
This is the absolute LAST post I ever expected to be making on the Monday of my bodybuilding show week. After months of weighing every gram of food, tracking every calorie, hitting my workouts, doing my cardio, practicing my posing, and preparing myself mentally, physically, and spiritually to step on stage this Saturday, I spent this past weekend binge eating in a way I’ve never experienced before. And when I say binge eating, I don’t mean I went out and enjoyed a cheat meal or ate a little more than I was supposed to. I mean I completely lost control. I kept eating long after my stomach was telling me to stop. I was physically uncomfortable, I wasn’t even enjoying the food anymore, and yet I continued eating. And the scariest part wasn’t even the amount of food I consumed. It was what was going through my head while I was doing it. At a certain point, it felt like I was intentionally sabotaging myself. Like there was a part of me that wanted to ruin everything I had worked so hard for. And I’ve spent the last couple of days asking myself WHY. Was I afraid I wasn’t going to look good enough on stage? Was I afraid of disappointing myself? Was I putting so much pressure on myself that I subconsciously wanted a way out? I don’t have all the answers. But those are some uncomfortable questions I’ve had to start asking myself. After the first binge, I told my coach Chris Elkins everything. Every single thing I ate. We talked about it, and the plan was to move forward, reassess, and take things day by day. The next day, I got right back to my routine. Tracked my food, followed my plan, and genuinely thought I had moved past what happened. Then nighttime came. What started as one extra bite of food turned into another binge. And this one was even worse than the first. I can’t even explain how disappointed I felt afterward. Not because I had eaten food that wasn’t on my plan. But because I had reached a point where I felt like I couldn’t stop myself from doing something I knew was hurting me. I woke up physically miserable. My face was extremely swollen, my body felt awful, and I was looking at myself in the mirror trying to understand how I had gotten here. And now here I am. Five days away from the competition I’ve spent months preparing for, roughly 10 pounds heavier than I was going into the weekend, and genuinely uncertain whether I’m going to step on stage this Saturday. Chris believes competing is still an option. Part of me wants to finish what I started. Another part of me wonders whether postponing until November would be the better decision. Because I know how much work I put into this prep. And I also know that the choices I made this weekend have consequences. I’m not going to sit here and blame anybody else. I’m not going to pretend it didn’t happen. And I’m definitely not going to ask anyone to feel sorry for me. But I also don’t want to spend the rest of my life beating myself up over two days. I made those choices. I have to own them. And now I have to figure out how to move forward. One thing this weekend has forced me to recognize is just how much pressure I’ve been putting on myself. Not only with bodybuilding, but with life in general. Constantly working. Constantly thinking about what’s next. Constantly being on my phone. Constantly feeling like I need to be doing MORE. And somewhere along the way, I stopped giving myself enough room to just live. So regardless of whether I compete Saturday or in November, some things are going to change. I’m prioritizing my sleep. I’m taking real breaks from social media. I’m giving myself time to recover. And I’m going to take a serious look at my relationship with food and the pressure I’ve been putting on myself. I’m not going to pretend I’ve figured everything out in 48 hours. I haven’t. And I don’t want to turn this into some inspirational story about how I fell down and immediately got back up stronger than ever. I’m still figuring it out.

Clav is a genius He identifies exactly what is wrong with modern dating here. Expanding the dating marketplace to everyone in a 100mi radius gave Terra Chad godlike powers. - Women sleep with Him once and reset their baseline (bare minimum!) - Chad has no reason to act responsibly or morally - The average Thad is left in the cold to swipe to no one and numb himself with porn and gambling sites Modern dating is broken. Get off the apps
Clavicular argues that hooking up with average women is actually destroying the modern dating market. When asked if he ever hooks up with girls he doesn’t consider hot: “Oh yeah, all the time. I dumpster dive quite a bit. It gives like a giga ego boost if I slay like a 3 out of 10 and I’m Clavicular.” When Howie says he’s doing them a favor, Clavicular disagrees: “No, it’s actually doing her a huge disservice because she’s going to then think that that’s her sexual market value… and then her looks match is literally rotting out on Skid Row. That’s what’s f*cking up the dating market actually.”

I think for man, even more than an untouched body the deepest attraction is to a virginity of heart. Man is an innately possessive creature, he wishes for his woman to be uniquely his in all conceivable ways without the scent of other men lingering on her. A woman who has never romantically desired, liked nor entertained another man can be seen as special in that she was created for him, because he was the exception for her - the one man she chose amongst men she never chose, the only man she let in when she never let in others, the one man she admired when she never admired others. She never risked herself for other men. She saw herself as something to be given fully and truly once and only once, without breaking herself into tiny pieces and offering up the shards. But a woman who has desired, entertained and been with men before cannot be convincingly thought of in the same way. She is far less serious, seasonal, recreational - the true man can never see her in the way she would like to be seen - he can never admire and revere her in the way she would like him to, because she has cheapened herself in his eyes. She has liked other men before, which means she could like other men again. What is so special about you? The belief she was made specifically for you and could never love any but you cannot be plausibly maintained, and so within that something special is lost. This more than anything is the love of womanly purity in its purest and most reverent form. To be the exception to her rules beyond comparison, rather than cheapened into a reference point amongst many, for a woman to truly see her man as uniquely beautiful in a way she has never seen others - to be incomparable is to be made sacred, and within that sacredness a depth of spiritual reverence and true love is born that otherwise cannot be. Contemporary man is poor at articulating this despite its resonance with him, and the modern woman really undervalues and downplays the importance of this - in truly understanding the depth of this - in saving herself for the one man she would call her husband without subjecting him to the indignity of other men permeating her psyche, for she typically wastes herself and thus approaches this from the position of wanting to deceive man for self-gain, rather than truly wanting to give her perfect man the purest and most undiluted best of herself. It is in woman’s failure to preserve herself and to take things too far with men who by all rights were never serious marriage candidates or true lovers that she tries to ameliorate her crime, hide it, downplay it, make defensive equivocating claims and comparisons about men needing to save themselves too that the tainted woman tries to “level the playing field.” But none of these shenanigans fundamentally spiritually change anything, for even if a woman is able to win a few social brownie points with this rhetoric, the underlying nature of man remains stubbornly the same: he wants a woman he can call his own, and the only woman who can truly be called his is the one who has never loved nor been touched deeply by a man who wasn’t him. And so for man, it is very simple: a woman who saved herself for him will always be in a category far above the ones who didn’t. The fastest way for a woman to lose her competitive edge in winning the man she wants for herself then is to, through her own actions, show him she is capable of loving any but him. To imagine you with another man should be impossible, for Eve was made for Adam and Adam alone.

This typically happens to very top down disciplined men from religious or pro order oriented households- they are afraid or feel guilty of their own animal nature. Being around women who aren’t as religious/stiff triggers them to feel their own repressed and anxious anima

Did God make us men a bunch of sex hounds who want to jump on every pretty woman we see? In a way...yes. Yes he did. The male sex drive isn’t a tame lion. I’m not going to sanitize it. It’s not just about love and connection with someone special. It’s raw, hungry, and aggressive. There’s a famous story where President Calvin Coolidge and his wife were visiting a chicken farm. Seeing a rooster mounting a hen right in front of her, the first lady asked the attendant, “how often does he mate?” She was told, “dozens of times a day.” She grinned, “tell that to the President!” Not to be outdone, the President asked, “is it the same hen every time?” to which the attendant replied, “Oh no, Mr. President, a different hen each time.” President Coolidge gave a mischievous smile and said, “tell that to the first lady.” Researchers call this “the Coolidge effect”—the insatiable appetite of males for new females. If you drop a female rat in with a male, he’ll immediately mate with her several times in a row. But he’ll lose interest over time and mate less and less often. However, add a new female to the cage, and the male will immediately drop everything he’s doing and jump on her. If you keep adding new females, the male will mate himself into an unconscious stupor. His sexual desire is stronger than his little rat body. You’re not a rat, but can you relate? Your primal drive is spontaneous. A pretty woman walks into the room, catches your eye, and your shaft gets hard and points toward the thing it wants to mate with. Your rational mind may not want to marry her or raise children with her, but your primal mind doesn’t care. He yells out loud and clear: “mating opportunity at twelve o’clock, let’s go get her!” Your primal mind doesn’t seem very moral! But actually, he’s trying to obey God in his own simplistic way. In Genesis 1, God commanded every living thing to “be fruitful and multiply,” and to mankind added the command to “fill the earth and subdue it.” This is our “cultural mandate” from God, to build families, societies, civilizations. Our bodies (and those of the animals) don’t think about the command consciously—the instinct to follow it is just built into our essence. Your primal mind sees a chance for fruitfulness and jumps at it. If you let him go at it aimlessly, you’ll be that fire that burns the entire landscape. The result throughout history? Sexual assault. Single mothers. Fatherless children. Jealousy. Adultery. Broken homes. Ruined marriages. Murderous rivalry with other men. Without wisdom, your primal mind’s innate desire to obey the cultural mandate will end up destroying families, societies, and even civilizations. The Cost of Being Careful Since male sexual power can be so destructive, it makes sense that people try to tie it down. You can’t grab every pretty woman you see. Without a moral outlet for his desire, every Christian man can feel faced with a constant battle. It may seem that the price of virtue is eternal vigilance. I once heard a sermon by a megachurch pastor who talked about lust. At any point he could stumble into sexual scandal, which would jeopardize his entire ministry. His solution? Stay away from anything that could tempt him. His phone was so locked down that he couldn’t even do a search for a hot air balloon ride. His wife and his staff had all the passwords. He admitted that it might seem extreme, but would you welcome a tiger into your home and just hope it doesn’t attack your family? He asked the congregation, “what do I lose by being careful?” The pastor saw his own virility as a stalking predator, with his soul as the prey. A chance circumstance landing him alone in a room with a woman would be an emergency. A new ipad out of the box might as well be a pit viper. To protect himself from the capacity to do harm, he became someone else’s responsibility to manage. Another child to his wife, and a burden to his staff. Christ said that the gates of Hell would not prevail against his church. That implies that we are on the offense against the forces of darkness. We’re coming to batter down the gates and set slaves free. But in this man’s framework, he’s the one under siege, frantically running from defense to defense, and hoping the devil doesn’t get through. This is no way to live. One little chink in the defenses and the whole thing comes crumbling down. There’s no keeping the tiger away when the tiger is you. But even if he succeeded, what then? What sort of frame does a man have who truly believes he can’t trust himself? What power does a man have for life and ministry, when he is terrified by his own primal drive? What did he lose by being careful? His manhood. If you live like this, you’ll be the guy frantically chasing new outbreaks of an underground fire. Your energy will be spent reacting to crises, rather than chasing your goals. You’ll always be vulnerable to unexpected slips. And if you do finally quench your fire, the landscape you preserve will be cold and cheerless. The journey of Christian discipleship isn’t about becoming a nice boy, but a good man. By “good” I don’t just mean morally the opposite of evil. I mean “good” like in “Good Friday.” Faithful, dependable, reliable—“all the knots held good.” And that means being trustworthy with power. A man doesn’t delegate the management of his own passions to his staff, his wife, or his mother. The buck stops with him. The Primal Hunt You’ve seen two approaches to your sex drive that don’t work. Now I’ll show you the one that does. You don’t have to learn some sophisticated technique to do it either—it’s as natural as breathing. We can understand our instincts better if we see them in their original context. Masculinity and femininity weren’t created first and foremost for life in the modern world. So let’s imagine a young man growing up in a tribe of several hundred people living off the land—like the camp of the Biblical patriarch Isaac. Our young hero is fourteen years old and puberty has arrived. He’s growing taller, his voice is cracking, and he gets erections. He’s sexually attracted to the young ladies in the camp, but none of them notice him. And so his virility feels like a frustrating irritation. He’s moody and antsy. How can he let out his sexual fire with no woman in his life? Then one day the burly Esau walks by, and invites him to join the men on the hunt. The young man is intimidated. He doesn’t want to look bad in front of the men. But all of that pent-up virility propels him forward. In the moment that matters, he overcomes his fears, and takes down his first kill. Walking back into the camp, the successful hunter has his head held high with the kill slung over his shoulders. Esau punches his arm and says, “not bad for your first hunt.” He’s not feeling sexual frustration at all. He’s on top of the world. And it’s at this point that one of the pretty young ladies attending Rebecca asks a friend, “Who is that young man? I’ve never noticed him before.” Sexual Transmutation Our hero just experienced “sexual transmutation.” That’s an esoteric word, but it just means responding to sexual arousal by using your virility for a non-sexual purpose. He started off sexually frustrated and channeled that energy into hunting. What was the result? His success satiated his drive while raising his status in the tribe. That’s why I started the book with the word “virility”—because your sexual drive and your status drive are fundamentally the same power. Notice that the cultural mandate includes both procreation and conquest, “be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it.” Think of the hunt as a kind of sexual conquest. The young man exerted his strength and fertilized reality with his will. This brought forth fruit (food for the tribe) and raised his status. Sexual energy built up his frame. It goes the other way too. This non-sexual pursuit was the young man’s clearest path to sexual abundance. If he had gone after the young ladies of the tribe as a nobody, they wouldn’t have been interested. But now that stalemate has been outflanked. There are new opportunities for courtship. The ladies love a conquering hero. It’s a totally natural thing for any guy to do. Here’s an example from married life. I remember feeling sexually frustrated one evening after an argument with my wife. I stormed out to the garage, and it was a disaster. I snapped. In a fury, I started organizing the area around my workbench. It felt like a battle. How dare these intruding objects be out of place in my garage—I’ll show them! By the time I was finished, I wasn’t frustrated or horny anymore. I was pleased with a job well done. My wife noticed the shift in me, we made up, and we made love. In that example, my sexual frustration was channeled into conquest energy. It wasn’t just that I distracted myself from being horny. Rather, going to war with the forces of chaos in the garage is what I did with those horny feelings. Virility was exerted and Primal was satisfied. Here’s another example. Last summer, I was with my kids at a waterpark. While climbing a slide, I looked up and found a woman’s bikini-clad rear right in my face. Before I understood how virility works, I would have tied myself in knots trying not to stare. Instead, I relaxed, took a deep breath, and realized I already had all I needed. I thanked Primal for his powerful drive, and shifted the energy into jumping that much higher into the water with my boys. After that, there was no internal pull to ogle, nor any resentment towards the woman for “tempting” me. Fuel for Mission Some guys have trouble imagining how to channel sexual energy into anything besides sexual release—orgasm through masturbation or sex. The solution is simple: you need to be OK with the feeling of sexual arousal. In a way, both indulgence and repression are forms of resistance—they’re both trying to get rid of the arousal. But is being horny really such a bad feeling? You get an erection. Your heart beats faster. Your body feels charged, like it’s humming with energy. There’s a tingling heat under your skin, a kind of restless aliveness. What if you just let yourself feel that? Sexual transmutation isn’t about reducing desire—it’s about moving forward with it. Being OK with that sensation and doing something purposeful while it’s still running hot in your system. Once you get the hang of directing your virility, you’ll experience sexual arousal as a gift and not a nuisance. It’s your “fuel for mission.” For me with my wife, that mission may be sexual, but most of the time it’s not. Maybe you’re looking forward to married life as this oasis of sex on demand. You may be shocked to discover that, in a given week, I spend more waking hours not having sex than having sex! My sexual desire far exceeds sexual opportunities, even in a passionate marriage. But that’s OK, because there are other conquests in my life that require virility. There’s a spiritual component to the “Coolidge effect.” If you dig a little, you’ll find high desires hidden in the base ones. Behind the desire to couple with every beautiful woman sits the desire to read every great book, to explore every wilderness, to understand every mystery of science and nature, to embark on every worthy adventure, and to express the infinite fullness of God himself. The cultural mandate, as its sights aim higher, merges with the great commandment, “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength.” That means a virile man who is clear in his frame before God makes love to life. Train yourself to welcome a tinge of sexual energy when you feel it. And then look for ways to bring a virile charge to whatever you are doing. Type like you’re laying bricks—building a cathedral one keystroke at a time. Turn the doorknob like you're entering a space that was waiting for your presence. Walk down the street with a swagger as a member of God’s vanguard on the earth, with each footstep marking your territory. Feel an electric energy as you fertilize that exam with the lead of your pencil. Plant the seed of excellence in the work that you do. Bear fruit with your intentions. Multiply your efforts. Fill your sphere of influence. Subdue your goals. From THE WAY OF MEN WITH MAIDS 👇

"The Long Road: Men are invisible until they become successful and so the path to success is a lonely one, filled with setbacks and suffering he learns to thrive alone. This is why when a man finally arrives, and the world suddenly decides it wants to know him, because now and only now does he merit consideration - you can understand why he’d be cynical. And he’s right to be. Because the only people that can ever truly mean something to a man are the ones who will stick by him when he has nothing, not the ones who appeared when he became something. For most men like him that means a fairly solitary life, but he’s comfortable with that. You never wanted him, and now he doesn’t need you - he learned to thrive alone. When he needed you, you didn’t want him, but now you want him, he doesn’t need you. Some of you reading this will think I’m projecting or speaking for myself, but I’m not. I’m speaking for all the silent unheard men who had to struggle alone for years on end in the rain and in the heat, in the dark and in the cold, on gloomy days and on stressful ones, without encouragement, recognition or even as much as a compliment - the men who were ignored, passed over, berated and neglected but soldiered on anyway in their refusal to let a cold and unforgiving world that pretends to be more loving than it is beat them down, but instead cultivated an enduring spirit of good humour and aspiration that knows better than to expect something for nothing from anyone - care and compassion especially. So forgive those self-made successful men if they seem a little detached, a little ruthless, a little neglectful - but you haven’t made the journey they’ve made, and so suddenly showering them with the care and concern they were always denied because you finally see them as people isn’t going to make them forget. They’ve been conditioned not to need you, and so your noisy compassion is a luxury at best, at worst, an irritation. Never let it be said then that a man is not a success object, because that’s all he is. And be prudent in knowing the sentimental will deny this most deepest of truths because they have no stomach for it, and yet do not allow their foolish bleating to mislead you. The sooner you embrace this reality, the sooner you will make peace with it and start to thrive in spite of it, or perhaps somewhat poetically, because of it." Anyone tell me who wrote this?

For most of history, men didn't necessarily have to be desirable. They had to be useful. Providing security and stability was often enough, but as women become less economically dependent on men, the equation changes. Being useful no longer guarantees being wanted. It's no longer about "what can I provide?" but "why would she desire me?"
I wonder how much the Clavicular phenomenon only exists because there’s less coupling up overall. When people coupled up all the time, no one believed that women cared primarily about looks. A generation can only believe that if they’ve become sexless.

I didn't go to college until I was 30. This gave me a chance to see it with the perspective of an adult. One lecture in Industrial Psychology, in particular, I will never forget. The professor spoke about how an effective job description focused on concretely measurable tasks, not vague instructions, or characteristics. For example, "maintain an 85% or greater average on customer feedback surveys", instead of "be cheerful and upbeat", or even "interact positively with customers". This means that goals are clear, and performance is measurable. A job is to do something, not be something. Once some of the students had wrapped their minds around this concept, the professor decided to do a class exercise. He asked the female students to come up with a job description for "husband". At first, this went fine. The girls noodled around a bit with things they wanted their husbands to be (tall, etc), but he was able to gradually steer them towards describing what they wanted in terms of actions. But then he asked the male students to define a wife in the same way. And all the girls became upset. Some of them had full-on meltdowns. Every single thing that a male student wanted, or expected, from his hypothetical future wife was sexist, oppressive, old-fashioned, misogynistic, patriarchal, etc. They were literally screaming. Some of them in tears. And I realized something pretty quickly. It wasn't the actual, concrete responsibilities of the female role that they objected to. It was the idea of there being a female role at all, with any attached responsibilities. These women didn't want to be wives. They wanted to be pets. What's a pet? Well a pet is not a wife, or a friend. A pet is a creature of instinct, which you bring into your home because you like how it naturally behaves. You get a cat because you want to behave like a cat, and do things a cat naturally does, like play with string, and purr when you pet him. If he's smart, he'll adapt to you somewhat, but he doesn't have responsibilities other than "be a cat". If you get a wife, you get a wife so she will do things for you, specific things that are the responsibilities of wife, like care for your home, bear and raise your children, cook nutritious meals so you don't have to eat processed slop, look after your emotional well-being, and so on. These girls didn't want to be held responsible for those things. As married women, they might have anticipated doing some of them, but only some of the time. Only when they felt like it. The cat chases the string if and when it wants to, not because chasing the string is its job. These young millenial women didn't realize it, but they wanted to be pets. And that's what they were in their college relationships. They hung out with guys when they wanted to, had sex with them when they wanted to, broke up with them for someone new when they wanted to. Their relationships had no element of reciprocal responsibilities. They were perfectly at home with the idea of men having responsibilities to them, but they would repay those men if they chose, and how they chose, not how the men actually wanted. And as I've said twice already, someone you have responsibilities to, but who has none to you, is a pet, or a child. Since our ancestors, in a moment of foolishness and weakness, allowed women to vote, it is no longer legal to dole out the corrective spankings a great many of them both need and read pornographic novels about. Therefore, the corrective measure, for any man who finds himself with a pet instead of a wife, is to withdraw from any husbandly duties and start actively searching for alternatives. This can either result in a correction of the behavior, or the end of a relationship that offers no value. Either is acceptable. This may strike some of you as dishonorable, but there is no honor in keeping a broken pact, or in serving those who despise you. Men must have the pride and self-worth to say "I will be honored and respected, or I will depart to a place where I can be, even if I must be alone there." Men must honor and respect themselves.

This is an extremely important statement for creators. Women are physically incapable of not tone policing and not attempting with every fiber of their being at reducing you into a castrated version of yourself. The only way to keep quality going in your production once in a couple is to tell her no every single time. Every single time she asks you to phrase things differently: no, you do not understand, you are not a public speaker, this is why no woman will ever be a public speaker. Period. Of course that will lead a lot of them to leave you; but so be it. If she leaves you for your artistic production she is in the wrong and she does not deserve anything.
