Highlights:
- Miami, Alabama, and Georgia are your Tier-1. There seem to be 6-7 clear national title contenders, all big brands, in more a return to historical norms.
- Penn State (#18) has the #1 pass defense in the country and the #97 run defense. The model has them usually losing to NW but favors them vs USC.
- Missouri (#10) has the same kind of split: #4 run defense, #85 pass defense.
- Ole Miss is #9 in the AP and #38 here. There isn't a single stat where they jump off the page.
- LSU (#8) has the #1 run defense and a top-10 pass defense, but the offense is mediocre.
- Last week we said UMass at #11 would only change if they started struggling. They're #61 now. That's a no-priors model working the way it's supposed to.

This is so fucked up and it’s exactly why we keep talking about racial disparities in the justice system. Black people especially Black boys and men, are too often treated like they’re guilty first and expected to prove their innocence later, while white defendants are more often afforded the benefit of the doubt.
This young man spent SEVEN MONTHS on an ankle monitor for a carjacking he says he couldn’t have committed because he was at school. Now you’ll clear his record but ONLY if he gives up his right to sue? So he has to choose between having his name cleared and holding the system accountable for what it put him through? That’s not justice. You can’t keep telling Black people the system treats everyone equally when cases like this keep happening.

She’s being honest, and I actually respect the honesty. But women have to understand that social media has given men access to conversations they were never supposed to hear.
For most of history, the average man didn’t have access to millions of women openly discussing how they view men, dating, marriage, sex, attention and relationships. Now he does, & information changes behavior.
So when women ask, ‘Why don’t men yearn anymore?’ or ‘What happened to 90s love?’ part of the answer is that you’re asking men with far more information to behave like men who knew far less.
You can’t give men access to conversations their fathers and grandfathers never heard in abundance and expect them to approach women & interact with women the same way.

Other women aren’t going to admit it and if you’re married you shouldn’t but as a woman, I love being desired by other men. Hearing it from your partner isn’t enough. And it doesn’t have to be online attention. Hearing how beautiful you are by a random man on a Tuesday afternoon makes you feel good.
