Didnt know people could be this clueless. Maybe because first string and second string guys are hurt and the next guy was there all of camp. Last I check qb 1 and qb 2 are not hurt.

I know many on here are trying to get @AZCardinals to make changes by organizing. I just wanted to make some points.
1. I dont think there is any chance the team gets sold.
2. What needs to change is the President of Football Ops.
3. Even if you could get Michael to step down as PFO, (which again is unlikey)
That becomes a paid postion. This team is notorious for not spending top dollar for coaches and other talent. So who is coming in to take this job at a reduced salary and not to mention having to work and report to ownership.
4. Even if you could get all of these things, id be cautious of hiring anyone MB is too comfortable with. We need someone to challange the status Quo and plant new seeds. So an outside mind that has a clear plan and also who can work for the next decade to see this through.
Probably the best solution is trying to reason with Mike Bidwill or the family. Not sure how you go about doing this but show him examples of the Dbacks and Derick Hall and the Suns of another face of the organization and someone else that can assist him.
I just dont think trying to piss him off is the way to go as much as I know we are all very frustrated.
Maybe watch the @Saints games and see if you think the QB is why they are losing?

The inability to run the football makes this offense one dimensional. And they simply aren’t good enough to win consistently by relying on the passing game alone.
Fix the run game.
