I think what annoys me is the "NES games are archaic" shit is it's not talking about more niche, obtuse titles. Y'all are talking about stuff like Mega Man 1 or Castlevania or the original Ninja Gaiden, games specifically designed to be fair and relatively forgiving lol

Frontier 2's boss battles are so much fun. It's always difficult, but not extraordinarily difficult; it's similar to EB in that it feels like the game knows what you can do.

I loved so much to try fan rom hacks of my favorite games, challenge modes, restore unused content, new translations well made (even if that were sometimes rare) but with all of what it's happening, really feels like the end of that era, now the majority its gonna be AI=slop 💔
