Thanks for calling attention to this. It was a result of past limitations with the text-to-speech synthethizer, which has now been updated to recognize the caron tone mark, hence Aríyǐkẹ́.
@YorubaNames Got on your site today and found Aríyìkẹ́. The 'ami' on the name as shown projects a different meaning from what is intended - we have íyì (respect/honour) to pet. A suggested representations is Aríyìíkẹ́ (which is a contraction of a-rí-èyí-kẹ́). Blessings!
