Some have wondered in the past why Lakewood residents never stopped supporting Rabbi Eisemann, while others charged with crimes in the community often lose public support.
The answer is that anyone who knows Rabbi Eisemann personally never had any doubt of his innocence.

This is unbelievable: attorneys for a Lakewood Rabbi want an indictment dismissed, alleging the state committed a second Brady violation.

Pretty vague headline, and I couldn’t find this story on the @AsburyParkPress homepage.
This is a pattern, and I suspect it’s deliberate.
Story that makes Eisemann look bad? Headline plastered on homepage for weeks.
Story about prosecutorial misconduct? Blink and it’s gone.

Great news for justice! I’m so happy that this travesty from the OPIA is finally starting to unravel. Kudos to @SenatorJoeCryan @bobsingernj for speaking out.

So the @NewJerseyOAG OPIA’s Brady Violation is now confirmed. I hope @SenatorJoeCryan can bring some accountability for corrupt prosecutors.

Friends don't let friends fly... Southwest??
@DansDeals
Shame on you @SouthwestAir with your double standard! My 15 year old was flying this morning and her bag was 1/2 a pound over weight. The passenger before was a full pound and no problem. My wife had to get yelled by her in front of the whole airport!

This really reflects the feelings of the community.
Read this impassioned letter penned by a local journalist to @GovMurphy and @NewJerseyOAG @mattplatkin about their lack of action after the prosecutorial misconduct in the Eisemann case.

This is outrageous. Judge ruled that they violated the Brady Act by withholding evidence. But they just continue to torment Rabbi Eisemann with impunity.
Remember, any other upstanding NJ resident could be the next victim of their corrupted lust for vengeance.

Thought it was notable that at Eisemann's hearing three weeks ago, dean of Beth Medrash Govoha, Rabbi Aryeh Malkiel Kotler, was in attendance in a show support and solidarity with the SCHI founder. Pretty sure it was his first time in the courtroom for this trial.

BREAKING: Despite being slammed by a judge, @SenatorJoeCryan and @bobsingernj for withholding evidence, prosecutors in the Eisemann case filed a notice of appeal today, further dragging the respected SCHI founder through the courts with no personal liability to themselves.

Cause “Rabbi Guilty” gets a lot more clicks than “Rabbi Innocent”
Isn’t it telling that @njdotcom @NJAdvanceMedia @nj1015 @AP and others published numerous articles when Rabbi Osher Eisemann was charged and convicted, but they grew silent when a judge tossed the convictions and ordered a new trial.
