π¨ Follow-up: Vesu Oracle Incident
Vesu has confirmed that asset recovery following the September 4 oracle incident is now complete, with 95% of the lost assets recovered, equivalent to 93% based on prices on the morning of the incident.
Refunds will now be handled by the respective pool curators holding the recovered assets.
Weβll continue monitoring the process and communicate anything relevant to YieldStark users.

Recovery update - 4 September oracle incident
Asset recovery is complete. The Vesu Security Council, together with the Starknet Security Council, pool curators and partners, were able to recover 95% of the assets lost in the incident - 93% measured at prices on the morning of 4 September.
Our thanks go to the liquidators who engaged with the recovery effort and returned funds voluntarily. Not all of them could be identified or reached, and the cooperation of those who did take part is the reason the recovery is 95%. Thank you also to everyone affected for your patience this past week.
What happens next:
Refunds are organised and executed by the curator of each pool, who holds the recovered assets for its pools and processes refunds. You can find more information in the blog post shared below π

π¨ Community Update: Vesu / Pragma Oracle Incident
We're aware of the September 4 oracle incident involving Vesu, one of the lending protocols integrated into YieldStark.
According to Vesu, a faulty upstream Pragma price feed caused irregular liquidations across several Vesu pools before the feed corrected itself roughly two minutes later. Vesu has stated that its contracts operated as designed and that the issue originated from incorrect oracle pricing.
At this time, we have not confirmed whether any YieldStark positions were affected.
Our team is reviewing our exposure and monitoring updates from Vesu, Pragma, and the wider Starknet ecosystem.
We'll communicate any relevant findings to the YieldStark community as soon as we have verified information.
For now, we encourage everyone to avoid speculation and rely on confirmed updates.

π¨ Update on the 4th September oracle incident
A faulty upstream Pragma price feed caused 47 positions and $3M of collateral to be irregularly liquidated across several Vesu pools between 04:08 and 04:10 UTC
The feed corrected itself within two minutes, and nothing has been affected since
Pragma, in collaboration with relevant parties, has deployed a fix to the root cause. We expect pool curators to unpause pools in the next hours
To be clear on what happened: Vesu's contracts behaved exactly as designed. There was no bug in the protocol and no fix had to be deployed by Vesu. The prices being fed in were wrong.
We're working with Pragma, @StarkWareLtd, the @Starknet Foundation and the pool curators to recover the funds taken through these liquidations
If you were affected:
β Keep your Earn positions open. Withdrawing may forfeit your eligibility in case of a refund
β If you were liquidated during the incident, open a support ticket in our Discord
