Heart goes out to Graham Carey who has just been handed a two year sentence for ‘incitement to hatred’, a ‘crime’ which by definition is subjective. Given the lenient sentences handed down for crimes against children, etc., this is utter madness and smacks of totalitarianism.

The media have posted countless photographs of Graham but not one of child stabber Riad Bouthaker.
Paedophiles are rounteinely given light or suspended sentences before our courts.

The two adult victims who perished in a petrol bomb attack in Waterford have been named as Philip and Kim English. Two children were also fatally injured in the blaze. Another two children are fighting for their lives.
A murder inquiry has been launched.
Firefighters said the blaze at the two-storey house was "well developed" when they arrived and they removed "a number of casualties.
Chief Superintendent Anthony Pettit confirmed a man, woman and two children had died after the house was "attacked by a person or persons unknown".
