This is a lovely idea - what song would you dedicate to a carer? #ClapForCarers
Say 'thank you' to a #carer in your life 💚Carers are true heroes of our community and are in our thoughts during this challenging time.
Dedicate a track to a carer/carers and we'll add it to our Songs for Carers playlist. #ClapForCarers

We had an African themed Mary’s Table recently. It was a lot of fun shopping in Shepherd’s Bush Market for ingredients!
The lack of sun didn’t stop us having fun on our trip to Southend. Some of us even braved a walk along the pier before fish and chips!
