🏆Man Of The Match🏆
Congratulations to Noah Fenton who was named Man of the Match on his Taunton Titans debut. This was made all the more impressive that this was his first game of Mens Rugby.... Oh and he is only 18.... Still at school... Some player.

Tues Tip: Feel that power position by rehearsing it on a post…
- body over ball
- opposite shoulder forward
- quad activated
- good posture
Then try to get into that position over a ball. 💪🏻
Proud moment when your little sister gets voted @WSportsAlliance Coach of the year 2022. Although it’s not surprising when you know how hard she works @Joyapp9
Heartbreak for England, but they certainly gave it their all and should be very proud, what an advert though for the woman’s game. So skilful and exciting to watch, you feel this World Cup has certainly taken it to the next level. Congrats to New Zealand

The staff, players and supporters at Warriors have been incredible and I am proud to work with them all. We now need the @RFU and Administrators to work quickly to ensure these amazing players/people get to run out at Sixways again. #warriorsfamily

Tues Tip: Dominate your kick with your opposite shoulder.
If your shoulders quit it allows your hips to open early and causes a slice. Lead with your shoulder, dominate the strike and follow along to the target.

Tues Tip: Run don't flick!
Jogging over the impact point smoothly allows power sequence to be pillar, hip and quad as you jog.
No need to flick your leg as the ball is 'crushed' underneath you and fizzes away.
