Netanyahu's impunity and immunity didn't happen by accident—Netanyahu manufactured them. I explain how in my 2018 Tablet article, "Hasbara Culture and the Curse of Bibi-ism"

US leaders are accountable for their decisions, including, in Iran war, Pres. Trump who gave orders. But this is a fascinating review of how, over decades, Netanyahu positioned himself as 'anti-terrorism' expert influencing critical US policy.

Let me get this straight. Because these olive harvests recently have been the sites of local violence (often instigated by foreign left-wing activists), Israel closes off the area to keep the peace. You numbskulls travel halfway across the world to pick the olives, make performative videos and show solidarity with terrorists, and the IDF tells you to sit this one out. Maybe, just maybe, the IDF is protecting you from mayhem and embarrassment.
Shocking how unserious a review this is. And that’s because Hasbara culture can’t debate reality.

This is what needs to be understood about Bari Weiss: Dahlia Scheindlin would make an excellent CBS expert on Israeli politics. But Weiss would never have her on. Because Scheindlin is non-ideological. Only experts tainted by Hasbara culture make it onto CBS.
Did Trump's endorsement matter for Netanyahu & why is he so stuck? My analysis of poll updates & Israeli election stuff, on @CNN @cnni with *excellent* questions from @biannagolodryga edition.cnn.com/2026/10/19/t…

That first sentence would’ve gotten this former Chief of Staff of the IDF fired at Hillel.
That’s how absurd, extreme, and late much of establishment Diaspora Jewry is.

"The criminal, unforgivable project of destroying Gaza was an all-Israeli project," @sfardm writes in @hiddencitiesmag. "It could not have taken place without the cooperation of every sector of Jewish Israeli society, whether through action or silence." hidden-cities.com/p/what-wil…
There are no conspiracy theories like Hasbara culture conspiracy theories.
Reminder: Hasbara culture has no scrupples or shame.
The Prime Minister’s Office:
The facts surrounding the confrontation near Abu Falah, during which Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine was allegedly assaulted, remain unclear and are under investigation.
Israel unequivocally condemns violence against anyone—Jews, Arabs, Christians or journalists. Those responsible will be held accountable.
But serious questions remain. Reports indicate some 200 Arabs and far-left activists confronted approximately 40 Israeli youths. Footage shows masked individuals on both sides hurling objects, amid reports of fireworks fired at Jewish youths. Other footage appears to show Levine knocked down and immediately helped to her feet by the same unidentified individual.
The investigation must establish the facts, including who initiated the violence.
We will not allow disputed incidents to be exploited to demonize the hundreds of thousands of law-abiding Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria.
The facts must determine the conclusions. Not the headlines.

A sweeping and devastating essay by @sfardm on how the ideology behind the occupation and apartheid enabled the annihilation of Gaza: hidden-cities.com/p/what-wil…
An absolutely vile and bigoted response to a solidly reported story about his shady stepson’s shenanigans but no one expects anything different from this creep.
Laura Loomer is a brilliant researcher. She is able to uncover and expose the likes Sohrab Ahmari, who has a seedy anti-American agenda and ought not be anywhere near the administration but has high level access anyway. There’s no way this should be tolerated as it undermines President Trump and his foreign policy.
More to come.
Reminder: Without character assassination Hasbara culture would be out of business.
Mark:
This is pathetic. I wrote a story about your stepson, David Milstein, reportedly invoking your fame in bureaucratic tussles inside the administration over, e.g., whether Israeli contractors should be integrated into US missile defense.
And about him pissing off the CIA by inviting a convicted spy, Jonathan Pollard, into the US embassy. I also offered lots of quotes and arguments in Milstein's defense.
Just debate the facts and issues instead of these low character attacks.
Sincerely,
Former News Corp. guy Sohrab Ahmari

Eisenkot is architect of the genocide in Palestine; he belongs in prison. The criminality of the “Dahiya doctrine” is hard to overstate. This essay is a whitewash.
Israelis continue to miss the point: criminals cannot be good leaders.
All you have to know about @TheAtlantic article is who is retweeting it.
"Being anti-Israel is not the same as being pro-Palestine.
Too often, it has been the opposite. Saddam Hussein sent checks to the families of suicide bombers. Muammar Qaddafi expelled thousands of Palestinian workers from Libya to protest the Oslo Accords. Bashar al-Assad starved Palestinians in Yarmouk.
Tehran’s official chant has always been “Death to Israel”—never “Long Live Palestine."
