Note to anyone going into the misconduct procedure….. THE DPS LIE !!! I’ve found that the hearings unit (DPS with different name) have been writing pre hearing notes that don’t reflect accurately what was happening.

What’s hilarious is that the AA Mr Byrne of the DPS decided to give me CCTV footage that they claimed had been lost 2 days before the hearing. Clearly he thought he could get away with the clear prejudice he was creating. He failed 😘

I reported to the Met Police DPS that officers called me a CUN7 in custody. Clearly heard on their own CCTV. The response was that I wasn’t allowed to complain about a fellow officer!!! 🤣🤣🤣

When going to court the OIC - officer in case is summoned to either assist or take the stand and be questioned. Why in the misconduct process do the Met shy away from this? Is it because the OIC will say their Sgt told them to do it 😂
