Why are @YodelOnline so inept at delivering parcels? They have our address, phone number, W3W, and directions yet still can’t get my parcel to me. He was 2 miles away and didn’t even bother to try.

What is it with parcel delivery companies? My @YodelOnline delivery driver has not moved from this spot all morning, and even at 11pm last night he was still one stop (and about 1/2 mile) from my house. If he's there I'll go and meet him. Might be quicker...

@YodelOnline your delivery driver left this photo but it doesn’t show them handing the parcel to anyone, it’s just a picture of the door which they snapped then drove off with the parcel! Why does Yodel make it easy for its drivers to get away with theft? This isn’t proof of delivery!
The next door addresses are boarded up, so the driver couldn’t possibly have delivered to my recipient’s neighbours as they don’t exist, and there’s no safe place anywhere in sight.
This is a clear case of theft! I demand to have my parcel back or delivered, @YodelOnlinesupp!

Yodel please be aware 1 of your drivers can’t tell the difference in addresses and postcodes. So finds the postcode & leaves parcel on doorstep of a currently closed pub on a main road and considers this delivered & a safe place as it’s the same postcode. @YodeOnline @YODELhell
