So grateful we were able to work with @Mrs_McHugh to have @mariascrivan for our students. We had some thrilled students and district library volunteers. Get your copy of the Nat Enough books at @115yis bookfair or at @115yms bookfair today!
It was a month away and now we are 2 days away from having @mariascrivan in Y115! Message @WameccaR or @Mrs_McHugh if you still need to RSVP!
The last week of YMS Summer Reading Camp is upon us and we are finishing with the delightful "The One and Only Ivan". There may also be an ice cream sunday station surprise. We've had the best time with these readers at @115yms !
Week #3 of YMS Summer Library Camp. We got to enjoy the #gailcarsonlevine "Ella Enchanted". Wow, the differences between this classic fairy retelling and the movie. It was fun to pull apart with our campers though!
How do we get our kids to love reading? How about unlimited access to great graphic stories. Yorkville 115 students in grades 3 and up have access to hundreds of comics and graphic novels in Sora. Through the webpage soraapp.com or the Sora app, with their ID number.
It' Book Fair at YMS this week!!!!! We ❤📚📚📚❗ We are having a Grand Event for all before the YMS Musical Crazy for You, Friday and Saturday night at 5:45pm! Bring those pennies for the PTO Penny Wars. More books into the hands of more students at @115yms. Go 🦊!
I love when multiple groups work together to help others. Science teacher @mjteaches7 collected tabs in class, @WameccaR takes all the tabs from school and brings them to Great Clips on Rt. 34, & they send them to support @RMHCCNI
