This week, children in Years 5 & 6 were introduced to the art of #SpokenWord In the first of four workshops, they began to record their thoughts and explore how to use their voice on issues which matter to them the most. Thank you to @Write2SpeakUK & everyone who made it possible

Sometimes you have to put yourself on... It took me a long time to find this version of me. I doubted my ability based on what I perceived to be other people's lack of belief in my talent– which really was just a reflection of my own lack of self-belief. I'm ready now 🙏🏼
It was a pleasure to run 4 workshops last Monday at @ChestertonSch ! So glad the young people enjoyed it and got a positive introduction to spoken word 😊
Y5 and Y6 had an amazing time working with Yossi and loved being able to use their voices to express themselves as individuals. #MentalHealthMatters @Write2SpeakUK
So proud that @Write2SpeakUK is running regular workshops and now also have a Twitter account 😁
