Starknet mainnet will be temporarily unavailable today starting at 8:10 AM UTC as the network prepares for the v0.14.2 upgrade.
This is one of the most important protocol upgrades Starknet has shipped in a long time.
v0.14.2 introduces in-protocol proof verification, a major protocol-level change that allows Starknet to verify proofs natively rather than relying on expensive and inefficient application-layer workarounds.
By making that possible, v0.14.2 unlocks native privacy on Starknet, enabling STRK20 and strkBTC, lays the groundwork for zkThreads, which are key to Starknet’s path toward infinite scaling, and adds another key building block for deeper decentralization.
Expected downtime: ~10 minutes.

⚠️ Ledger Firmware Update Issue on Windows
We’ve identified a connection issue between Ledger devices and Xverse on Windows after updating to the latest Ledger firmware.
💡 What to do:
🖥️ Windows users: Hold off on updating Ledger firmware until we confirm the fix.
💻 Mac users: Not affected. Keep firmware updated as usual.
We’re working closely with @Ledger to resolve this and will share updates as soon as it’s fixed.

We’re aware of a problem affecting transaction signing on Stacks dApps with the latest extension version. A fix will be included in the upcoming patch release ✅
👉 In the meantime, please use the Xverse mobile wallet to interact with your Stacks dApps.

Starting Cycle 115, the minimum stacking amount will increase from 100 → 500 STX.
