A product I would pay a lot of money for: a dashboard for my home
Like most other clueless millennials, I completely underestimated what a PITA home ownership is
I would pay $10K+ a year for a company to come in and:
- Inspect my home and create a dashboard with the different components
- Let me see what's going on under the hood, see what needs maintenance or replacement, and with 1-click be able to set those up
- I spend a lot of time finding specialists for everything - electrician, plumber, handyman (all of whom are likely fleecing me) - I'd love to consolidate it to a trusted service
- Upsell me even more anytime I want to do a major renovation
While not a trivial business to set up, LTV's would likely be super high as there is massive lock-in
If you're building this, I'd love to be your customer and investor!

I’ve seen ads on video games, Hulu commercials, and other places I don’t remember seeing them in the past. The $2 Prime promo feels new as well.

Quit complaining.
5/6 #Ad costs that are measurable and lead to organic rank potential? Compare that to affiliate companies charging $30-$50 and up per conversion with no #transparency.
Who visits the #Amazon Seller Forums regularly?
I typically only visit when a random post goes viral, but I will freely admit that it's a good place to hang around. The questions and discussions can be interesting, and provide a good pulse on the "State of Amazon" for sellers.
That said, I'm not actually sure what's new here!

Why use an agency?
Consistency is one good reason.
Just had a client call in which they introduced their new Marketplace Manager to us...and we also found out that 2/3 of their internal ecommerce team had left within the last two weeks.
While all that turnover is happening, the client has the peace of mind knowing that their ads are humming along.
