Binance Says AI Security Systems Blocked $10.53B in Risky Funds Since 2025
Binance released an AI security report stating that its AI-based risk control systems prevented approximately $10.53 billion in potential user losses between early 2025 and Q1 2026, protecting more than 5.4 million users. In Q1 2026 alone, the exchange said it blocked around 22.9 million scam and phishing attempts, involving nearly $1.98 billion in protected funds. Binance added that it has deployed more than 100 AI models to detect risks including deepfakes, phishing scams and AI-powered social engineering attacks.
