Activists and students gathered yesterday to commemorate the 8th anniversary of The Movement For The University and discuss the position of students and the university. 1/
Students today cannot fight for the university without also fighting for society. They need to be at the forefront of a national movement for true democracy and social justice. 5/
Over 2000 people have signed a petition demanding that students be given 10,000 ALL (80 EUR) in times of crisis. #PërUniversitetin
At a time when the Albanian government is spending billions on luxury and subsidizing the wealthy, it is unable to respond to student demands. #PërUniversitetin
As a result, we invite all students to assist in collecting as many signatures as possible by volunteering in their classrooms and faculties.
Students who band together will triumph! #PërUniversitetin

Activists and students at the Faculty of Social Sciences agreed to sign a petition in which a repeated case of forced book sales is documented by the course's pedagogy, and the Dean's immediate assistance is asked. 2/
As a result of this custom, even the response to the case in question was prompt.
The Movement for University encourages other students to report such incidents and to organize in similar ways to oppose the sale of mandatory textbooks. 4/
