ever since i started questioning child marriage on here, i have been accused of being a kaffir. this is another thing i struggle to reconcile with. if i cannot accept it, then does that make me a kaffir and don’t troll or hurl insults bc this is a genuine question

anyways, calling me a prostitute, making sexual references about me, and degrading my character only reinforces the very misogyny i’m concerned about
if anyone wants to discuss this respectfully, you can dm me, but slander against my character or twisting my words isn’t ok. 5

Unpopular opinion: The tone could be better, but the substance I don't know how you can disagree with. Why would any woman in her right mind want misogynistic men, violent men, immigrating to their country. Also why would said men want to migrate to feminist, secular countries.

happy 7 years of lights up!! the “do you know who you are?” era will always hit different... those were the days
sumthing i struggle w is slavery&concubinage. why were innocent women&children, who had no involvement in warfare, allowed to be enslaved? why could women be made sex slaves&children even be born into slavery? ik it was common but how do i reconcile this w Allah’s perfect justice

how ab also the freedom from toxic honor culture where a woman’s entire existence is policed& her worth is reduced to her family’s reputation? freedom to be recognized as an independent human being w her own dignity&autonomy rather than an extension of the men in her family ?
freedoms being able to pursue an education/work/leave our homes/refuse forced marriages? classical fiqh permits child marriage, paternal authority to marry daughters w/o consent, greater barriers for women to obtain divorce, compulsory hijab, no recognition of marital rape, etc

Muslim women talking about not facing any misogyny and enjoying freedom in non-Muslim countries always makes me laugh. We all know what kind of “freedom” you’re referring to, the kind you can’t have in Muslim-majority countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Iraq, Algeria etc.
Your issue isn’t with these countries, their men, or their policies. It’s with the limits Islam places on you, just as it places limits on men.
Let’s say a country enforces Shariah tomorrow, God willing. Do you think these same Muslim women would still have the same “freedom” they enjoy in non-Muslim countries? The answer should be enough to tell you what the real issue is.
It also reminds me of the narration about the end times, where Habibi Rasulullah ﷺ said that most of those who go out to Dajjal will be women, to the extent that a man will go back to his women to shackle them tightly, fearing they would go out to him.
but sure frame legitimate concerns ab women’s rights and autonomy as some desire to engage in immorality. the fact that you immediately equate women’s rights w promiscuity proves that your brain is fkn fried and porn infested
a position i never held. white men historically oppressing women doesnt negate that women today enjoy greater rights in some societies than others. acknowledging that isn’t defending white men nor is criticizing misogynistic cultural attitudes inherently racist!waffles n pancakes
i never singled out muslim countries. i could just as easily be talking ab misogyny in LatAm, the caribbean, african, or hindu communities. if you automatically associated that w muslim countries , that’s on you

She’s a fat Torta larping as white. “Deeply misogynistic societies” = conservative traditional Islamic countries she can’t say she hates Islam outright coz she’d be an apostate so she has to hide behind certain key words.
