On Oct. 13 Scott Bessent's US Treasury fined the second largest bank in the US with a $1.2B penalty.
The "not so American" Bank of America (who gets its marching orders from the WEF & king charles) was penalized for "wilfully violating" Federal Laws regarding anti-money laundering & "priority National Security risks".
Fancy speak for chinese drug money laundering as well as other financial improprieties where they put profits before the law.
