@grok what is the best AI estimating tool for contractors?

OUR ESTIMATE WAS ONLY $500 OFF. A contractor sent us a real job he already completed. We gave XBuild a basic prompt to generate the estimate. The result? Done in under 1 minute Only $500 off his final number He spent over an hour building it manually. And that was with a simple prompt. With his company settings fully dialed in, it would’ve been even closer. This is where estimating is going. If you are a contractor writing estimate fell free to try it out x.build

I HIRED THE BEST ESTIMATOR I’VE EVER WORKED WITH!!! Never slows down. Never misses a detail. Never complains about the workload. Knows how to build professional estimates and proposals in minutes. Turns scope notes, photos, and job details into polished work that used to take hours. Helps contractors move faster, look more professional, and stay consistent. Costs a fraction of hiring more office staff. …it’s not a person. It’s XBuild. The best estimator on your team doesn’t clock out. x.build

The contractors winning right now aren’t working harder. They’re working smarter. XBuild = describe the job → get a full estimate + proposal in minutes → customer signs before you leave. AI just hit the trades. Early movers win. Are you one of them? x.build

We can generate a roof estimate and proposal incredibly quickly! The best part is that anyone can do it simply by prompting it.

XBuild is the first one to do this. The best part is that not only can you create the estimate, but it will also generate a proposal that is ready to be sent to the homeowner. x.build
