Wuwa 3.7 MSQ thoughts: The production values, story presentation, narrative pacing, and the delicacy of the character drama are all pretty much top-tier among every version so far. The only pity is that the script falls a bit flat. The sense of crisis is undercooked, and the overall direction is fairly easy to guess. Maybe Kuro’s comfort zone really is sci-fi after all. That said, the epilogue carried over the solidity of 2.7’s epilogue and let the story land smoothly, a clean finish. And the Mengzhou hook it sets up comes at just the right moment, which is honestly reassuring. Top 5 version overall, top 3 if you’re a fan of this genre. Looking forward to the New Fed story.
