This is what real wealth looks like. Not career or fame — marriage and children.
footage i've never seen in 25 years.
You know how every few years you’ll see footage that you’ve never seen before on 9/11 and wonder how you’ve never seen it before
Well that’s exactly what this is for me
Chris York is on a family vacation and most of his footage is on the rooftop of Liberty Court a few blocks away from the World Trade Center
In it, you see clear footage of the twin towers about a week before the September 11th attacks. Beautiful day, manhattan looks great.
Then there’s a long delay in his camera roll. When it resumes (1 minute mark) the north tower is struck. You can see the earliest first responders at the base of wtc1 - including battalion chief’s Joseph pfiefer
While Chris is filming, the South tower is struck, and he recalled later that he could physical feel the blast and the heat of the explosion.
In my opinion this is rare footage and perspective 500 feet above the streets and 500 feet below the strikes.
Never forget what took place 25 years ago today. Love and respect to those involved, those affected, and our great heroes who saved so many lives. Good bless America and its people.
Agreed.
Spending over a trillion dollars to randomly send everyone in the country a check for five grand, including people who are not even net taxpayers -- which makes this, yes, welfare -- is idiotic. Sorry. We did that during covid and it didn't help anything. Only made inflation worse. This is flagrant bribery. Which I could maybe stomach if the plan itself was at least sensible and coherent, but it isn't.
These drones blow my mind. This is pretty cool.
Over New York Harbor, 2,977 drones lit up the sky in the shape of the World Trade Center’s Twin Towers — one drone for each victim of the September 11 attacks.
Never forget. 🇺🇸

One year ago, Charlie Kirk was preparing to spend his last night on earth.
Hold your loved ones. Live every day like it's your last. Have no regrets.
Charlie was a great American patriot, but he was an even better person. The world was a finer place with his presence. He is missed more than words can express.

Stephen Siller, 34, an FDNY firefighter, had finished his shift and was driving home to his wife and five children when he heard a plane had hit the World Trade Center. He turned around.
The Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel was blocked, so he left his car, put on nearly 60 pounds of gear, and ran through it on foot. He reached the towers, went in with other firefighters, and was killed when the South Tower collapsed.
His family later created the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in his honor.
Never Forget 🙏🏻🇺🇸

Das Schlimmste, was ich jemals in TV bzw. Internet gesehen habe:

Had he lived, this guy would have never voted for Zohran Mamdani. said they'd NEVER forget. You lied and voted for the first one that came along and promised free stuff.
You forgot and you should be ashamed! All the people killed that day. All the young men and women who died fighting this evil! You were fooled by a Muslim who convinced you he was Santa Claus. He fooled you because to him, you're an Infidel.
Dolly Parton was on the cover of Playboy in 1978, a married woman promoting porn. She honored the LGBTQ+ movement more than she did Christ.
Yes, she was charitable—that doesn't make her saved. Beware celebrating Dolly's brand of faith. I hope she repented (Luke 13:5, John 5:14).
Dolly Parton is dead, and the church never knew what to do with her.
Half my feed is posting rhinestones today. The other half never trusted her, because she would not wear the uniform.
She never preached a sermon.
She just did the works.
One man. Fifty-eight years. In an industry that eats marriages. No scandal reel, no reality show, no trading up. Just Carl, and a promise kept until death did them part.
She could have built towers in Nashville. Instead she built in the mountains she came from, so the people she came from could work.
Two hundred million books. Given away to children, free, no strings, while the rest of us argued about what to read.
A million dollars for a vaccine in the middle of a plague, and she called it what it was: helping.
She was a feminist who never used the word, a superstar who never left home, and a believer who never made you watch her pray.
"Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works." James 2:18.
We spent years asking whether she was one of ours.
She never asked whether we were one of hers. She was too busy feeding children.
I do not know her heart. That was never my job. I know her works, because the whole county she came from lives on them.
"Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." Matthew 7:20.
You want to honor her today? Put down the tribute post. Put a book in a kid's hands. Stay married. Do the works.
That was the whole sermon. She just never said it out loud.

Trump just signed an executive order changing the childhood vaccine schedule.
Everyone is celebrating.
And look, this is a good start. I'm not going to pretend otherwise.
Fewer mandated doses. More parental choice. Separate visits instead of stacking shots. Religious and medical exemptions getting federal backup.
That's movement in the right direction.
But let's be honest about what actually happened here.
The government didn't get out of the way.
They just rewrote their own list.
There's still a federal schedule. There are still three tiers of recommendations. There's still a task force deciding what your kid should get and when.
The amazing version of this would have been ending federal schedules entirely and letting doctors and patients make medical decisions together.
That's it. That's the whole solution.
Instead we got a new list from the same people who gave us the old list.
And here's the part nobody celebrating wants to hear.
This is an executive order.
Not a law. Not legislation. Not permanent.
The next president can delete this on day one with a pen and a press release.
Same way this one deleted the last guy's orders.
We've seen this movie. No Tax on Tips? Temporary. Expires in 2028.
So celebrate for a couple years and then watch it vanish the second the other team takes the wheel.
If we're actually Making America Great Again, make it permanent.
Get it through Congress. Make it law. Make it survive the next administration.
Anything else is just borrowing freedom until the lease runs out.
They Both Suck.
