I submitted an appeal to the X Help Center and successfully recovered my account, which is now fully functional. The hacker had used my account to send fraudulent private messages to many other users, and I have already contacted them to explain the situation. I’d like to remind my friends that accounts on X with hidden posts and disabled follow features are almost always compromised by hackers. After stealing an account, they use it to deceive the account holder’s friends. If anyone receives similar private messages from other accounts in the future, please do not believe them.
I'm very sorry, everyone. My account was hacked yesterday, and I only managed to recover it two hours ago. The hacker used my account to send private messages to accounts I follow and those following me. The hacker claimed that "your account has been reported by multiple users and may be permanently banned by X" to lure you into third-party platforms, with the intention of scamming and extorting money from you. Please do not believe any private messages sent from my account during that time.🙇🏻♀️
