I know this is an unpopular opinion but free shipping isn't really a thing. Someone is subsidizing it. The shipping costs often depends on the weight and size of the item. And the distance. So sometimes the shipping price will be higher than the price of the item(s).

I think it's about having a balance. It's important to educate others in a way that doesn't hurt you. Everyone has different levels of comfort about sharing manufacturers. Especially as marginalized creators. Cause there are malicious people out there unfortunately.
