“It was good. Though didn’t get to lecture yet. It was more prep for the upcoming school year. A lot of great learning to share this fall semester tree.” He was all smiles, full of hope for the upcoming months.

“In a way, yes.” Steve never did really understand how it all worked, the magic and power behind it. He just knew when push came to shove he could lift it and now control it.
⠀ “You really should ask Thor. He can give you a much better breakdown about it.”
“To be completely honest, I don’t really know. There isn’t a textbook definition. It is kind of all about vibes. The mjolnir picks who is worthy, you can’t just be worthy. It is hard to explain . . more of an Uncle Thor kind of question.”
“That is a loaded question, Buck.” He sighed before continuing.

In retirement he has decided to become an art history professor.
Being a lover of art and a historical figure it felt like the right route to take.
“I missed you too, Buck.” He hugged her back tightly, feeling a sense of relief wash over him the moment they reunited in this way. It was nice to see her again and even better to have his arms around her.

Steve wrapped his arms around Bucky, giving him a tight hug back.
