🚨💣 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: Manchester City’s appeal has taken a second blow. 😳🔵⤵️ Evidence Man City gave UEFA six years ago could undermine the defence. City told UEFA two payments of £15m, in 2012 and 2013, were made by Jaber Mohamed and caused by ADUG. They did not tell UEFA he was general director of the Crown Prince’s Court. The money was supposed to come from Etisalat. The first blow was Etihad’s 2015 letter to the US government, saying reports that Abu Dhabi paid for sponsorships were false, and that it did not receive subsidies. City say the deals were legitimate, paid by the Abu Dhabi government, and that they have irrefutable evidence. They were found guilty on 114 of 115 charges.
