This is my final message on X. I plan to leave and delete my account in a week because of the work Musk did for the Orange Felon and because I believe in the power of boycotts and making good trouble.

Here's why the Black jobless rate is at a record low, according to @washingtonpost and @DanielBZhao of @Glassdoor - washingtonpost.com/business/… #economy #DEI #Jobs

Black U.S. jobless rate of 5.0% is at its lowest level in more than 50 years. This @FederalReserve / @BLS_gov chart shows the trends: fred.stlouisfed.org/series/L… #economy #unemployment

U.S. jobless rate overall 3.5% Whites: 3.2% unchanged Black: 5.0% down Latino 4.6% up Asian Americans 2.8% down Rates are March vs. February from @BLS_gov #economy #diversity #DEI #Jobs

U.S. jobless rate for Blacks in March declined to 5.0%, lowest it has been in at least a decade. No idea why, but it may be worth some reporting by a business #journalist . @BLS_gov data: data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS1… #jobless #economy

U.S. job growth "brisk" in March, @Reuters reports, as February date revised higher. reut.rs/3GpHXP0 #economy #Jobs #hiring

March job losses seem concentrated in lower-soil, blue collar jobs - construction, warehouse, retail. Manufacturing dipped too.

The world has become an increasingly preemptive place. Schools are canceled on the threat of snow and ice; jobs are destroyed on the threat of a recession and people discarded because of possible harm they may do. I am resisting this #trend . #snowday with or without snow!
