How to stand out in the sea of AI slop on LinkedIn. @charliejhills has built a following of 250K on LinkedIn. Here's what he thinks about creating content that stands out in a sea of AI-generated posts. Instead of posting advice anyone can get from ChatGPT, focus on: → Your personal journey: Show how you've grown and what has changed over time. → Your unique workflows: Share how you actually do things, not just what people should do. → Your real experiences: Create content that AI can't replicate because it comes from your own work. Charlie shares his approach at the Work in Fintech AI Summit 2026. Watch the full conversation: youtu.be/zVzk8lm59xo?si=dSjb…

Every CEO in a Fortune 500 company is a salesperson. Product managers sell ideas. Marketing managers sell strategies. No matter your role, the ability to persuade and get people to buy into your vision is invaluable. Ft. From a small apartment in Northern England to a $6bn IPO bid 🚀 @blockchain is gearing up for a $500m US IPO before the end of 2026, targeting a WHOPPING $4bn to $6bn valuation! The company, co-founded by @OneMorePeter , @niccary and @benjreev, started out tracking Bitcoin transactions and has since built a full crypto platform: wallet, exchange, trading and lending, all run out of London. Here's what we know: 🚀 Raising ~$500m in the IPO 🚀 $4bn to $6bn target valuation 🚀 Adjusted profits for the past 3 years 🚀 $537m in total equity funding raised to date It confidentially filed its draft S-1 with the SEC back in May. Now, with Bitcoin rebounding from its July lows, it's telling investors it wants to list THIS year. The target is well below the $14bn valuation it hit in 2022. But a profitable crypto company going public after a quiet 2026 for listings? That's a BIG test for the market, following Circle, Gemini and Bullish in 2025. A few weeks ago, Nicolas Cary joined us on the Work in Fintech podcast and shared the journey of starting the company in a small apartment in Northern England and building it into a business now eyeing a $6bn valuation. What a journey! LETS GO 🚀 Congrats Peter, Nick and the whole Blockchain.com team!

How the US tackled a post-war employment crisis In 1944, the US government faced a problem that hadn't happened yet. World War II was still ongoing. But American leaders knew that, once the war ended, 15 million soldiers would return home and enter the workforce. That meant millions of people looking for jobs at the same time. A massive employment and economic shock was coming. So the government asked a question: What if we prepare for the problem before it arrives? Their answer was the GI Bill. The program provided returning veterans with access to: → College education → Housing loans → Financial stipends → Medical support The goal was to help millions of soldiers transition into civilian life, acquire new skills, and re-enter the economy. According to @AGraylin, this forward-looking approach offers a lesson for the AI era. Because the next workforce disruption could be much larger. He argues that AI could affect tens of millions of white-collar workers in the US and potentially billions of people worldwide. So the question is: Will governments prepare for AI displacement before it happens, or wait until the disruption is already here? Should we be thinking about a new GI Bill for the age of AI?
