Here’s a few ideas for international management. Have an option to simulate between key dates of the international calendar quickly. Improve the process of squad selection, national pools and evaluating players for selection. Make dynamics a bigger thing especially between players of different rival clubs. Let you dictate styles of play that your youth teams will use in preparation for the national team. Have relationships built through youth levels carry unit he senior team and impact cohesion. Media should matter more, less press conferences vs club management but make them as impactful like team meetings when they do happen.
