Busy day ahead after my coffee & weetabix starting with a gym session, then pick up grandson from school, meet up with daughter, pick up my mended car 🤗, hand over rental car & get ready for a Northern Soul night 🤗🤗 probably forget something 😩

Home after the gym & these two were very happy as I’ve given them the run of the place & it’s miserable & wet outside

Got carried away on rower & did 6000m 🫣 not bad endurance for an old b***er 🤗

Gym session over just the last 20 steps 🤗

Made chicken stir fry & divided it to provide a Teriyaki & a Firecracker version 🤗🤗 cooked the mushrooms separately in butter & the chicken having marinated it using sesame oil, five spice, chopped garlic & crushed black pepper before combining it all & adding sauces 🤗

Back again must be a glutton for punishment lol personal best on concept rower today 🤗 hitting 5000m a couple of seconds under 25mins 👏 need a drink 🥃 now lol

I was asked by another parent of a young adult with disabilities how my daughter ‘passes the time’ 😩 well she goes to the Hype Hub two days, horse riding, swimming, 2 gym sessions, multi activities day, 2 football sessions, PNE season ticket & dancing on Saturday nights , Lots++

‘ Stairways to Heaven’ anyone No ok it’s to the gym 🫣 or do you fancy a game of ping pong or squash 🤔

Dropped daughter off at the Hype Hub where she’s going pumpkin picking amongst other things 🤔 going to fit in a gym session later somehow after various family ‘Uber’ duties 🤗 M&S food hall first 🤗

Sunday gym session 🤗 nice & quiet and sport on TV 🤗🤗

At a Pan Disability football tournament watching my daughter play before meeting up with lots of family and friends before going to watch PNE play Millwall 😩🫣 a night in a club tonight for some live music 🤗🤗 recover tomorrow lol
